Q. My website was built by someone who no longer works for me. Can you transfer the website contents to another party?

A. If you took out the hosting contract with us then yes, we can provide you with a zipped copy of the website or we can provide you with the technical details to pass onto your new designer. However, if the hosting contract was taken out by your previous designer then we are unable to provide you with the source or let you or a third party have access to the website unless we have a faxed authorisation from the party which took out the hosting contract.
