This service enables you to "fast-track" any preferential email addresses.

This means you effectively create an A-list of email addresses that you want to be sure of receiving as quickly as possible. The service ensures that your A-list contacts reach you with minimum of interference from unnecessary SPAM filters.

The service includes technical support to give you peace of mind. It is easy to set up. Once set up, you send us email addresses that you would like to add to your Whitelist. As soon as these are on your Whitelist, the email address is then "fast-tracked". We keep a copy of your Whitelist and you can add or remove addresses at your convenience.

The features of this service are:

• Whitelist any incoming IP address (or range), sender email address or sender domain.
• Text messaging outside office hours to enable you to contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Cost

The cost of this service is £300 + VAT per annum added to the standard cost of an annual hosting package.
